Yes, and the only thing I think he did that was questionable was claim a territory that overlapped someones hearth fire.

Then what? You permanently kill someones character and they are banned from the game? Of course it's part of the game. However they should enforce 1 'alive' character per account.

I don't see how this can honestly make a difference... You can only find out by witnessing it. Either you will see it or you won't. Doesn't matter what character it was on... just start killing anyone that comes down there that's not apart of your little community (unless you know they are coming to trade with you). Problem solved.
