Cheese.

Also, the way FEPs work, the more types of food you consume, the fewer total FEPs you need to rank up. Eating q1 onions and carrots will provide such a small dent in the FEP meter that they won't even matter but they will serve to make you require far fewer total FEPs. You can likely cut whatever number you're at in half if you diversify your diet.

is this encouragement to not just farm and eat one type of food? if that's an intentional feature to encourage variation then hat's off to whoever designed that.

More organized people probably do only eat one thing when they're wanting a certain stat raised.

I remember all of that :D

You're too kind. I'm kind of slacking in it really, too busy to start work on lowQ experimentation, but it will start soon ;)

I've been around, college started up and I kind of got a real life as sad as it sounds. I'd like to try to give some more time to Haven but i really don't want to Hermit again and I don't have the time for a hardcore village.

For me easiest was, to eat all types of food for all stats i wanted to raise. con/agi/per/str/ for example so i didn't care which stat jumped, since it was preety much each time diferent and they went up all together. With fillers being important too, even if 1 time from 20 jumps there was random non usefull stat upping :)
