Nobody ever said Jorb or Loftar didn't spend any time on it. I think they're putting in what time they can, but it is small compared to the time they would spend on it a year or two ago. You can tell Loftar is messing with things because there's no reason for the server to be down 8-12 hours or more on the weekend when it runs just fine (relatively speaking) during the week. I believe some of the changes made to the server over the past few months to combat data loss as well as the migration of the resource server have put loads on the overall performance that are being hard to work out.
Myself, I'm keeping an eye on things. The performance is better than it was a month or so ago, and I'm sure it'll get better. However, as the Salem beta starts ramping up, there'll be less free time for the programming on HnH (nothing like 60+ hr work weeks before launch to squash bugs.)
