Sure, the curiosity system has its quirks and flaws, but I find it simply inconceivable that some people ACTUALLY PREFER THE OLD SYSTEM.

Cooldown may work on direct study slot, that you can put another bluebell but not at the same place in study, in this case cooldown could be longer.
It isn't new system, just a feature someone has told me and I personaly like it.
