I agree with your point 100%

But ima do a little math while i write this xD

Around here, full time minimum wage is : 1120 a month or less

Insurance for your car is 100 a month
House payment 450 a month
Electric 100$ a month atleast
Water 50 at bare minimum
Baby formula is 15$ a can, And you need a can about every day , Lets just say 25 cans a month thats 375$ a month, (men dont get WIC) (this is without tax)
Diapers are almost as bad as the formula
God forbid you splurge a little bit and get a 15$ pair of pants
this is just the half of it.

Also i didnt mention car payment, because after all this, you dont have a car, you have a bike.
I also didnt mention food, because we just eat cockroaches, Actualy we dont eat that, because cockroaches are attracted to furniture, and food, which we have neither of

College doesn't necessarily = better pay/less work. It just usually means more choices. Having more choices is nice. 8-)

noform of education is a waste, even if its not necessary for the career u end up doing, a recruiter will always find someone who has actually bothered to go to university more appealing than someone who hasnt, regardless of what they majored in. You learn a lot of stuff unrelated to what is in your books and lectures when u attend uni. ofcourse for many jobs i've found, experience trumps that often, but depends greatly on what career path ure moving into.

I am an employer - first i throw any cv's that are more or less blank, have spelling mistakes or are untidy in the bin.
secondly i put all those who haven't worked, gone to college or uni, in with them
And finaly i interview all the rest.

The job goes to whoever had the most experience, was confident in the interview and had the best attitude.

Note: it isn't always foolproof, i ended up with a complete retard last year that everyone hated, including me!

Must they have worked and gone to college or uni, or just worked or just gone to college or uni? And what sort of work do you employ people for?

In the uk you are better off shooting some one at 14 that way you go to prison for next to no time get a free house uni paid for and handouts for life. Why goto collage when you can be a cunt and get more than an honest sheep.
I fully look forward to jorb and loftar fixing several mechanics and bringing back updates, because at that time you chuckleheads are going to be more marginalized than lawn furniture in winter.

If they haven't done any of the three - telling u my actual job seems a bit too personal for the forums, sorry.

Also, my employees may play and realise it's me  or worse, realise it's them i'm talking about :o

You've described the HR procedures of 99% of the corporations in the US. Giving the field (law, engineering, etc.) isn't going to give away that much.

Also, how does this do for people that haven't had stable jobs in the past for however many years and for whatever reasons? A lot of people go through medical issues of various kinds and would be more than capable employees and you just threw their cv in the trash.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
