Well, I downloaded the newest version of Java, 6.16, I think, and I still can't hear any music.

Also, I decided to try playing with some of those commands Loftar listed, and got "An error has occurred!" each time.

What'd I do wrong? :(

From what I can see from the error reports, you seem to have typed ":bgm music" and ":bgm cave" or something to that effect; the working command is ":bgm sfx/music/cave". The slashes are to be typed literally, not interpreted as alternatives. For variation, you may also want to try ":bgm sfx/music/chr", ":bgm sfx/music/cabin" or ":bgm sfx/music/cmb". All pieces are made by Kaka. :)

Typing just ":bgm" stops the music, and adding "-l" in between will loop the music until it is explicitly replaced.

I still don't know why some versions of Java refuse to play music (nor even which those versions are).

Now you've ruined my chance at getting free cave bulbs. :'(

Oh right. Sorry 'bout that. Maybe you can still offer the track from the trailer as payment for bulbs? ;)

Edit: Aah, the trailer. It makes me as happy every time I watch it. :D -- For reference, the original music track is longer than the piece Jorb and I clipped from it for the trailer. ;)

Oh, that explains a lot. I'm still not getting any music, though. I wonder what version Jorb is using. :/

To be honest Kaka, if chakravanti saw me trying to sell cavebulbs he'd kill me.

We use those to get our metal :D
