A Lv 4 troll has a 6ip attack move that does 1000damage to a naked alt. regular hits from the troll do 400

The troll gained 4 advantage nearly instantly on jiochan, so i wouldnt try fighting it with less then 800 UA, and probably more then that even =s

How much does it's "flex" refill it's attack bar? Is it like an enraged bear?

It looked like 20ish % in the video, but it's really damn quick. Seems like it's pretty much the same move as the boar flex for having 3 advantage.
