Nope. I played this with Alg pretty much when it first opened. I was active quite a bit in the community and still am somewhat, and even became a mapper for the game at some point. Then all of the sudden the developer disappeared and the forum filled with spam bots.

Several months later he comes back stating that his father had passed away and had to stop work on the game for some time. Reasonable enough except after he came back, he did a couple of updates and then hasn't done much since. I don't hold much hope for the game, the developer has some great and original ideas, but unfortunately it seems he can't keep his attention on the game for very long.

Also he does rely on donations to keep the server up even though it is technically F2P, there is a premium area only accessible through buying tokens from the game.

Some "regular" in the game warned us to call him if we found any purple creatures as they would "own" us noobs, 15 minutes into the gave, i go down into a crevasse, get attacked by 12 or so Wolf Men and a Legendary, Purple Wolf Man and wipe the floor with them all and yell about it in chat, game vet says "no you didn't, it didn't say so in the event log. Within an hour I was one shotting pretty much everything I ran into. Game is a lot like that old joke/game Progress Quest, you just walk around and combat happens automatically when creatures run into you, you loot, equip and continue. Nothing to see here.

I thought it was an okay game and played it for a bit. Granted, I got to the stage where I could kill the legendary monsters in a few hours, but I thought it was a fun little game and definitely worth a try. :)

Does no one else find the stamina mechanic to be overly tedious? Or am I just a wuss?

It was rather tedious, especially when you're hauling some good loot home. I got through it, through.

Not really. It's not perma-death, but it's fun. I'm currently playing w/ a friend if anyone wants to come hang out
