hmmmm i think the main reson i posted this is because i wanted to see how a majority of people still felt about this jackass

i 'll also think this is a great place to record all his past crimes. if the people who have been screwed over by this guy would give in detail what exactly he did each crime with story pic and date this would make an interesting chaper in all H&H's known crimanals

Considering he got IP banned, naturally an IP check would show you are not him, otherwise you wouldn't be able to register in the first place...

No... I don't think you get my point... the point is exactly that an IP check doesn't prove anything in this case... because if waffles is really back as you claim, he is obviously using a different IP, so you could be him, and an IP check would not deny that.
