Haven is affectively abandonware at this point. The fact that you're still playing it while expecting improvements is laughable.

Everyone here is aware of the tanning tub "bug" and why it works the way it does. There's nothing to discuss here, as the fix is simple but unlikely to happen any time soon.

I complained about this last world. But yea tanning sucks atm which is why they never fixed the supposed "glitch." It's best if you just shred the hide and use the strings for a HQ rbow or something.

What I don't understand is why this wasn't just fixed 3 years ago. The functionality already exists (with drying racks). It can't be that much different to implement, can it?

Exactly this, I would be happy with even a band-aid fix for now, just as long as I can turn it into some nice leather.
As for turning the hides into strips for Rbows, most people have hemp and flax surpassing Troll hide qualities.
