Haha wow, thanks guys. I wasn't expecting such a positive response.

I dunno why, but this dude killing me really affected me. Well, I always do stuff like this with games, but this game especially.

I've never gotten into Haven and Heart in the "actual" way of joining a village, fighting with people, etc, but I always get into it for a few days at a time and go crazy playing as a hermit. The thing is that, every other time I've played, I always end for my own reasons: I did something stupid and died by the game mechanics (i.e. starving, drowning), I give up and stop playing (happened to me when I had an outpost with some guys from 420chan.org and one guy put a claim on what I built and kicked me out), or I just lose interest. This time, however, it was totally something out of my control. I always knew I had to expect something like that with this game, but it never really hit me until I got killed.

I was hanging with a friend last night and told him about it and, every once in a while, I'd just go "He stabbed me, man! With a sword! How weird is that?" I dunno. For some reason I can't get my mind off of it.

Now, I've created a new character and am attempting to locate where I started on the map to plot out a trek to my old camp. A few people asked for coords, and I'm not sure what they'd do with my camp but if you want I can post a picture of where my old camp is on the map.

Hah, from 420chan too eh? Anyways, coords are usually for people to find scents, people love them murder scents. This will give you some kind of retribution if they do find the scents, track the murderer down and then deliver justice via cold steel.

Try not to get too hung up over losing land or your life, it happens in Haven, I've begun calling the game Haven & Heart Attacks since I tend to get worked up when I come across a stranger.

Is there any way someone could link me to the most recent map for HnH?
