Edit: To clarify, the user also had a couple of open reports for other rules he broke. I only picked up on those after his initital ban. All of them together justify the permaban imo. Account stealing assholes should be permabanned anyway.

So back to topic if there is anything to add.

Sorry OP, I guess he is set on ruining this thread. Any issues you have better take to pm with the devs or with one of the mods if you want us to forward anything. Might have better chances of success.
