But sleeping pills also helps. Or listening to nighttime talk shows. (Pretty much the same thing)

There seems to be a pretty clear consensus that I should try to avoid looking at the interwebz after 8:00 pm. It being 11:00 pm I seem to have failed. I'll give it a try tomorrow and see if I can get into a schedule in the upcoming weeks.

In other news I got laid the other night, went to sleep like a light afterwards. Maybe its time to get a live in girly friend... :?

I usually sleep 4-5 hours a day, sometimes less than that. If I take sleeping pills they make me drowsy after I wake up for 3-4 hours. Don't waste your time with them, go to a doctor if you think it's that bad (you might have sleep apnea like me ). I have a sleep apnea machine which forces air down your mouth and nose, it's noisy, the mask is uncomfortable as hell, and it is a big pain in the ass.

I don't know about you, but the more work I do in a day wakes me up.
No caffeine past a certain point in the day might help you.
Sugar isn't good for you, but I don't see how it helps you with sleeping :?

I'm happy with my sleeping currently 8-) 7pm-11pm or longer
