Dont overthink it pretty boy
It seems like you're completely missing your biceps, calfs, upper back, forearms, stomach, etc... Anyway, Clean N Jerk has never seemed like a way of lifting weights, just a way of bragging about how much weight you can put over your head. Kind of like the Deadlift. I know a lot of muscles are involved, just doesn't seem like a great way of working the muscles involved. I like watching powerlifters do Clean N Jerk and Deadlifts, but I don't do dangerous exercises. I like watching Mark Henry(olympic weightlifter), John Brzenk(arm wrestling) and Magnus Samuelsson (worlds strongest man). I love to watch the World's Strongest Man Competitions also. I live 20 miles away from a guy that was trying out for the World's Strongest Man Comp, and 45+ miles away from the 3rd best arm wrestler in the world.

I don't have the equipment to do prowler or tire flips, lol. Maybe I can push my car around at the park

My problem is when I lift for strength I have much more time to do more stuff, but I usually don't feel like doing more. I also crave foods I shouldn't eat, lol. I don't have time to do everything when I ;ift for enurance. I hardly have time to do what I'm doing now, tho I feel like I can handle doing more. I dunno, I'm thinking about just doing only endurance like I did last year. I felt a lot better doing endurance weight lifting.

I'm wanting to add some upper & lower back exercises and sides of my stomach to my routine. Maybe Tricep pushdowns, Rows, and Back Extensions for my upper & lower back, I guess. I tried some Side Plank exercises today for the sides of my tummy, they seem alright. I'll probably be sore in the morning. Any ideas?
