There's nothing in the EU proposal that includes the words "Christian or Muslim or Hindu" or any other references to organized religion, including labels such as God, Satan, Holy Bible or Koran. The porn ban was proposed, obliquely, by leftist humanist secularists. The threat to individual liberty and freedom radiates from centralized government like a disease vector, not from the Pope or some Imam living in Qom.
Oh blast it.
edit: the proposal really isn't about porn nor women's rights. Power through regulation.

Probably never.
BTW its theoretically impossible to offend something that's nonexistent... Unless said existence is linked to individuals, but at this point its just a 2nd party excuse.
Third party are people who listen to the second... Oh wait that would be like individuals listening to preachers.
