No the connection is via WiFi.

edit: Will definitely ask her to test both methods to be sure. I'll post back here

Just following up, The disconnection issue is not resolved and occurs even if the connection is wired to the router.

Edit: even bypassing the router and connection directly through the modem still does not resolve the issue

Have you considered to uninstall and reinstall Java? Uninstall instructions: http://www.java.com/en/download/uninstall.jsp

What AV program is used?

Try pinging for a bit. See if there's packetloss that might cause disconnection. Think the server address is moltke.seatribe.se

in CMD windows is prolly better than a ping

Also i'd suggest to turn on Firewall (i wonder why ppl disable it...)

Hey thanks for the response, I got her to ping the server, and there was no packet loss out of three tries.

Using CMD, there were 24 hops in total, where 6-9 state 'request timed out' However the she is still able to route to the server.
Also the firewall was disabled to try and pinpoint what is causing the dc issue. =D

can you post the result - screenshot is easiest way (blankout her IP)
