I think that's a part of what makes this game different than many others.... your character can make a lasting difference, and even when you're gone.... parts of you remain, even if it's just your skeleton, or your falling down house.

Yeah. Actions have actual consequences in this game. I'll never be able to get into an MMO that isn't like H&H.

You speak of Roadville

Roadville is far from abandoned, but most of it's inhabitants, like most villages, live far away from sight, so that they can't be shot over the walls. Roadville is massive, it truely is the city of dreams, with some 6 million authority. This also means that you're in the centre of the map. If you want a more peacefull and longer life, I suggest that you move to the edges of the map, which tend to be less crowded.

Another newb here, with the very same feelings. There is a bit too many complaints in this forum, and I honestly don't understand why, cause I think the game is really grand, very thought-out and rich. This fictional representation of emerging of the humankind is so charming. I actually doubt there will be any similar games to this in future, so, please be more careful with it folks!

It took me a long time to come across Roadville. I tend to boat for hours on end, there is no end to the rivers!

There are a few, but I don't think they would have HnH depth or charm.

Hehe, a wide eyed innocence too; not knowing the dangers of the world and getting killed, lol. But oh well, that's what usually happens to me in anything I play, I wasn't born a fighter, that's for sure!

This is an old topic of something that happened to me when I was new. This may shed some light as to one of the many things that could happen to you.

How many times I gotta tell you.
