Hmm interesting idea. I could probably be able to build this with 10 layer BWs. But anyone determined enough could simply ram through it all. Issue is security and defensive guarding. If a large faction decided to attack this even 20 layers wouldn't stop them.

Nice idea man. If this bank were to be made, I agree that it should have two locations, one for the bank itself, and one for transactions. After all, it's pointless to make uber security if you're telling everyone including people who'd raid it where it is.

The OP had a good idea, but I think it'd only be good in combination with this, since even Gringotts wasn't 100% safe. The only way for it to be 100% safe is by being both secret and very well protected, in my point of view.

That being said, since brickwalls CAN be destroyed, it'd be safe as long as it's secret, but if anyone found it the bank would go down sooner or later.

Also, if I were to make a bank like that, which I won't due to not having a way to make brickwalls yet, I wouldn't place taxes for depositing and withdrawing. Instead, I would have part of the bank contain lots of stuff for trading, and would get the money I spent on brickwalls back, and perhaps even a small profit from that.

Also, I would have newbie starter packs to give to newbies, but I wouldn't give them to every newbie, just ones that won't steal from active claims, and that won't kill anyone without a good reason.

And then someone deposits stolen items...

Though, some trading centre would be nice, assuming it would work (see Ain+Dis project earlier during W6)

I think whole city conception is wrong... It's only my IMHO, i hope you won't take it personally... You should start infrastructure first... For me it is brick factory.
