I have a village but there is no way that it would be big enough to have that many cows or people to run something as complexed as that sounds it would be. I was just curious as to how that would be possible that's all.

I've always been a hermit, never been in a village before so I've never seen anything close to this before haha.

My personal cheese factory had something like 705 cheese racks, 96 curding tubs, around 4000 cheese trays and about 160 milking cows. It's worth to mention it mostly produced STR/INT cheese and I had other people producing creamy camembert for me in exchange and their factory was 1/4 of what you plan to do.
