It was attempted (Apples for Oranges)
It was great for a while but Dis was incapable of protecting it.

I don't get why a major faction makes shit like this, It just draws attention from your enemy faction and it will never last. Get a sekrit noob to make it with his friends, Then its a mutual thing not just a faction owned thing.

Public opinion. What others think of you and your actions matters a lot. At the very least, everyone thinks it matters a lot and thus we have huge ICA discussions about every little thing factions do. =)
