Man, you cut off the toe and left the tumor. You took the best part of the thread!

It's okay I guess, we're left with moist, delicious caek.

I make the best double chocolate chocolate chip muffins.

1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream (or heavy whipping cream for a less fluffy muffin but really, who wants that?)
1/2 cup butter, let sit until melting

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Use a beater to mix together butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in the cream and 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Add the flour mixture, whilst stirring. Fill the cups then sprinkle the tops of the muffins with the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Bake for 23 minutes and then eat.

I recommend a 45-50 minute run or 40 minutes of heavy cardio per muffin to avoid getting fat. Or in the case of most of this forum, fatter.

I love chocolate chip muffins!

Brilliant topic Phaen and well done borka for rescuing it. :D

I don't have time for baking so don't feel I can contribute, it would just be copying something, :( - I like chocolate marble cake though too. :)

Also, does anyone have any good banana cake recipies? I had some at a funeral I went to (I did think about changing the setting, lol, just ignore that bit) and it was heavenly! I'd make time to have a go at that. :D

Remember that to avoid risking burning the cake, let it sit in the cold oven for 24 minutes, then turn the oven on full heat for 5 minutes and 20ish seconds

*facepalm*
Just put it in the oven until you would think it's baked, then put 1 branch in and light it. :S

Never one to avoid getting carried away, I rather like to let my gaming life spill over into my real life. I'm going shopping: I plan to pick up chorizo, blueberries, carrots and peapods, chicken, grapes, bagels with poppy seeds, a couple of pounds of mussels (with garlic) and salmon. I have a decent recipe for carrot cake and I can always colour the icing with a bit of food colouring. But does anyone have a good recipe for honey buns? I'd prefer a yeast bread recipe, if you have it...
