Ants have been hardcapped by Survival as of second to last crash.

Ants are not *hard*capped with survival, but they are more than just softcapped.
I was getting Q11-Q13 ants with 6 survival from area which turned out to be 20ish.

Raided around 50 hills so far, no queens nor empresses, so I doubt they changed the chance to get one.

I've been getting a lot of them. Even today, got 2; granted, I've only been online about an hour.

I got 2 queens from one hill earlier. They seems pretty frequent to me.
