Puush images (stop using puush for permanent purposes)

The image will be up for a month after not being accessed. That sounds reasonable enough to me. Nobody cares about the image anymore at that point really.

Depends on what you are using it for. After a hard drive failure I was able to recover years-old artwork on a shitty service like photobucket. Not so for tinypic.

This is simply not true. Many threads on the forums have used puush imges, and I can no longer see some of those images.

This sucks as I think that Puush was/is one of the greatest things since sliced bread but I guess I'll have to start backing up my images. i'm pretty sure I have shit from all the way back in world 5.

That doesn't quite cut it though, only you will be able to go back and look at those pieces of H&H history, it will be lost to everyone else. And the H&H history will be divided into islands of knowledge, instead of one bustling city.
The better way for it to be organized is for it to stay on its original host for as long as possible, so we can secure our history for posterity.

Proposal: a site-wide ban on puush images, I am seriously contemplating making a script to re-host all puush images on imgur.
