Read em.

I prefer post-apoc books that deal with the direct effects and after effects of holocausts more so than ones that are more "storytelling" with an apocalyptic background. So for example, Alas Babylon GUD, A Canticle for Liebowitz....not as good. the Hunger Games is the "result" of some apocalypse but it isn't the story of it so although it's interesting, it's not quite in line with what i dig the most.

You've never read this series? It's quite good. When I was in elementary school you could pre-order the Captain Underpants books and pick them up at the book fair. This was probably my favourite series (and only series) that I ever read and completed fully.

I'm a big fan of Warrior cats! I own nearly every book in the series. I also really like Maximum Ride and Percy Jackson. Wolves of the Beyond is a really good series as well and I need to finish the third book in it..but..internet distractions.
