Well, I traveled there from Camp Noctis. If you wouldnt mind me settling on the outskirts, I'd be happy to help around.
EDIT: I also hope it was ok for me to butcher a sheep. I need bones for my stake.

No problem! Welcome aboard. :-)

I set up a big fence yesterday, so we have plenty of room for people who want to set up free from fear of foxes.

TO ALL WHO READ:
Currently there is/we're doing:
Two kilns
Two smelters
One refiner
Two cabins
One Dwarven Home
A large wheat field (eventually will be used for large scale bread making)
An Oven
Apple tree ( A must)
We're north of a dense forest, so plently of lumber.
We'll be working on supplying everyone with chainmail so foxes won't be a problem.
We're working on a coin press
A maze in the mine
EDIT:
I (The Resident Miner), will be happy to dig out any homes in the mine for future people who move in.
If you want one done before you move, just private chat with Floyd. I'll dig out a 7x7 square for you, and include 2 straw baskets ;D

The population of ShadyAcre is now three. :-)

Good news.. with the new release of civilisation spheres our small village falls within the safety zone of non-attacking foxes. We are pretty far south, with access to a lot of wood, and with space to expand. Also, we have a great fellow who has been expanding a road to us which you can follow, if you check out the map the devs released.

Point being, if you are looking for a place to live that is not too crowded/has plenty of resources/is safe! then you are more than welcome at ShadyAcre.

Danke. Now if only they'd implement the rope/animal taming idea. We could have a minotaur

I believe hemp is the tallest growing plant I've seen apart from trees.

If you had a tree maze though, people wouldn't be able to walk through it
