I definitely recommend The Act of Killing: http://theactofkilling.com/

Here's the first part of an interview with the director of the documentary to see if you dig it.

Basically in Indonesia, there were mass killings of political opponnents by death squads, and they won without persecution of themselves for having killed so many people.

Anyways, that generation is still alive and so in this documentary, the director asks some individuals to re-enact their story. So it's a dramatization by the people who actually did all the serial killing. I think you're in for a treat.
