I don't understand these ranks at all.

It's simple, there are 5 brackets: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. 99% of users are in the Platinum to Bronze levels while Diamond is pretty much exclusively for the top of the tournament players.

Within each category are more ranks: 1 to 5, with 1 being the highest and 5 being the lowest. Winning games raises your numbered rank all the way to 1 and then pushes you into the next bracket at rank 5.

Gold 1 here, but I stopped playing some time ago right before I hit plat which sucks because worlds was last night and now season 4 is coming in with ranks reset and I'll end up with a shitty gold border when I only had 1 more division for plat

I reckon I could get to diamond, I shot through gold likea rocket, but it still takes ages to go up ranks, especially since they don't allow morethan duoq and I'm always playing with friends

and yeah soloq is shit, not worth playing, kind of like trying to play haven without a village like I am currently
