alright so Delete everything haven related on your computer,

Now, Go to this site, and download either 32 or 62bit, Whichever your computer is;
http://www.mediafire.com/hnh_ender

now, download HnH_Ender_Update , From that same site

Now extract both (seperatly)

Now open the update file, highlight it all, And drag/Drop it into your HnH file,
"Yes replace all files"

Your done!

I've got the update working successfully, and that's fine. I'm good wit' dat.

Just trying to get Jackard's publicres mod working is the problem. I've done what Seizure suggested, and made a custom_res folder, and extracted all the files to there... But that seems to have done effectively nothing. I dunno if I did it wrong, or something... but Ender's Client still works, so... I don't think I'm going to fool with it yet. I think I'm going to try and skim the forums to find exact instructions on the method. Thanks everyone for their help, and toleration of my griping and general running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

For graphic mods just create a folder named custom_res in Ender folder and drop mod in there, to test different mods just rename the folder and create another one to test a different mod till you found out what the structure of res folders is to make it fit as you want it

I told you :P

when you unpack i.e. Jackards respack - you have a folder called res - inside is another named gfx - that's the one you have to copy into custom_res folder

I suggest to copy haven-res.jar from Ender to another place and unpack it with 7zip to get a clue about structure

in short - you have res files in haven-res.jar (which are the default res files), also in a folder called res (which is mostly the folder for custom clients resfiles) and in folder custom_res where graphic mods should go
