By leeches. I didn't know they existed. After walking on a swamp my hp started to decrease and I had no idea of what was causing it, so after a few faints my guy died.

Actually, the stupidest way I rpobably ever died was, once, on a fresh guy with only 100UA,I was out raiding a guy who had his keys on him like a newb. My HP went down to 1 from leaving scents (fuck that mechanic), so I got some gauze and went off the land to wait it out. But then some dude with a B12 comes over and takes my boat, and I manage to get away through my epic skillz, hearth back to my village, then drop dad right in the village from leeches.
RIP.
People in my village make fun of me for this a lot.
