I'm gonna take this up with a full team of coders and have a ps running in at max a year or so.

For legal reasons it's important to not utilize Haven's resources, you'd need to make those on your own. Resources being art and such. Whether JLo care or not is irrelevant, they have to actually defend their IP to some extent if they wish to keep it as their IP because of how laws work.
