If you do trust literally everyone with everything it's bound to go wrong. Take Purus for an example. His kind of people is the reason not everyone can be everywhere, and he's a perfect example of why the system works.

1 - Killing allied kinned people are forbidden, all people must give HS in list, if not in list - no right to cry about
2 - Raiding green marked villages (including setting ram, camping CRs and rivers closer than 500 tiles to idol) All VCs must have supervisor typed in map, if inactive for 60 days, village loose protected status. If supervisor quits, he must give that village to somebody.
3 - Some supergrids will be defined as peaceful, for foraging and other needs, people that wish peace will need to settle there. Some lakes, mountains, swamps will be marked as GREEN, and people there including unkinned alts can't be killed or looted.
4 - Respect must be shown between people, if somebody asks not to insult or troll him, please stop
5 - Development level sharing is highly recomended, please share seeds and animals inside AD city and between core villages, we all need to be developed, if we all strong, all AD is strong
6 - All villages must give outer CRs, including satelites, resourse spots and etc. People cannot do any vandal actions on CRs in HUB.
7 - All active fighters must take part in training sessions at least once per week
8 - All peaceful people don't taking part in fights, will do social works in interest of AD (building infrastructure in AD, maping world, setting VC and securing resourse spots with future depositing in needs of AD, discounting prices on food-curio-gear on AD market, taking fighters under their sponsorship helping raise lp-stats or equiping, etc)
