I'd bully him.

This is pretty fucked up - This is an issue for the legal system though, and not for the game's developers to police. Even if its over "game currency", they still acted in a way to intentionally inflict emotional distress.

Grow a pair robben. If this was children it would be different, but this is consenting adults.

What perception!
Such goodpoint.
So Smartz.
Wow.

The man didn't consent to be subjected to emotional distress. Which is an actionable tort claim in the common law of the United States, and many western states. Recovery can be for damages (even if nominal), or for a punitive reward.

Your posts and your constant clamoring for your almighty overlords' dicks (the government) has really distressed me. I didn't consent to this distress, I guess this is a job for the legal system, i.e. your mighty royal overlords.

I'm so glad that not everyone thinks like a subjugated tool that needs their hand held by a big brother-nanny state, like you.

I guarantee situations similar to this have arisen in Haven as well considering the large number of players/groups who play the game with this sort of mentality. Do I feel that this sort of thing warrants legal action just because somebody can't handle a few insults over the internet? Absolutely not.

With that being said however it doesn't mean myself or anyone else should approve of this behaviour. Much of my disdain for some of the people on this forum like the Ainran/AD/Dis guys (Especially Valten because I found him to be the most annoying of all) comes from them exhibiting this type of behaviour exactly.

After the event in question became public, and 7,613 posts on the matter, the thread comes to a close with this statement, and reads:

An announcement has been made here, and as such we're going to bring this thread to a close.

Please feel free to discuss things in the new thread, but remember to stay within the forum rules, and keep it civil and constructive.

Thanks.

The general consensus is you need more than a machete to cut through this corporate speech. There won't be a clear answer on the matter unless it leaked.
