Actually no it's just a 'code name'. It might be called Haven 2 but I doubt it's gonna be called Hafen.

The revamp will be called "Haven & Hearth", quite simply. We consider there to be full continuity between them.

How recognizable will the old Haven be in the new one? Will we see dhelms, MBC and penises again? Will there be quality like it is now? A bars and coins combat system? If the answer is mostly no, you can claim continuity about as much as the Holy Roman Empire could :P
