I think there should be "folders" in your inventory, each for one type of item. As an example, in a special folder for seeds, you can carry dozens or hundreds of seeds, but in a folder for wood, you can carry only a handful of logs.

It sounds like what you want, rather than a new inventory system per se, is simply to be able to carry more.

Then you could stack like1000 pearls in same alt. Would be too easy.

Well, the amounts you could stack can always have different limits set depending on the item, which makes sense anyway, and not every item has to be stackable. I think it's most important when it comes to things like seeds and flour, things that you could quite obviously carry more of - 9 seeds in a seed bag is just laughable.

but they are not single seeds, they are a handful of seeds! You can see more in the picture, and to think that you can plant a square metre of land with a single seed is laughable

Ok, lol, I wasn't thinking of it like that, you got me - :)

Sorry Loftar, it's not 'laughable' - but I still think it's feasible to be able to carry more of each, along with more crops, certain forageables, idk, the list is endless! When it comes to logs, bricks, etc I know it's a pain but I think that's how it should be for those items, hopefully we will be able to use the horses for transporting as well as riding.

How about weight, and what you can carry is affected by your strength. and con.
then your drain on stamina while moving is by your con/str to carried ratio.

Two birds with one stone.

As long as i don't have to manage it its fine. But I have to start thinking about how far can i haul something, no. I don't mind some realism but at some point it interferes with fun.

Do you carry anything any distance anywa.y? I don't. I teleport everywhere. from just outside my doorstep To literally anywhere I'd want to go daily and many I wouldn't.
I'd hope that. The limit would be reasonable, 40kg for a fresh spawn, or a weedy little crafter, more for farmers or much much more mighty warriors. if we if get saddle bags for those horses then we have traveling inventories so it won't be all bad.
