Well, we could work on updating it, but why? Wikia sucks for the most part. Useful for some of the other trash that they host, but not games and in-depth guides. There's just a complete lack of utility a privately hosted wiki can otherwise provide.

Updating HnH Wikia:
There is only one one-line update needed on HnH WikiA. Which unfortunately will be treated like spam by Wikia admins.

Updating HnH RoB wiki:
RoB wiki don't minds some good Fish v Moon tester/verifier. No prior deep HnH knowledge required.

And putting work in Wikia is wasted time as everyone can bash it's roundpole fence anytime while RoB Wiki has brickwall with ramchecking

The only thing the wikia has going for it in my opinion is that it's a lot easier to read on mobile. That way, I can save precious gaming time by looking things up in class.
...Yeah, it's probably better off being obsolete.

Well that would be something to think of when a RoB Wiki for haven2 is needed (to be honest thought about it before but been tooo lazy to do)
