I'm not really keen on derailing this further but if you insist on nitpicking...
a)
But the, ya know, developers of the game SAY it's the same game so really?
If the new Haven is the old Haven, why do we constantly use different names for the two? There should be no reason to do so. Apparently the changes and historical perspective warrant the making of a difference for most people. Even Loftar gave suggestions on how to call it.
Furthermore I understand that the gameplay will mostly be the same and that a good deal of code will be recycled (establishing some sort of heritage) but right now only the devs can judge that. I can not. It doesn't automatically make sense for me to assume that my experience in the old Haven will be the same as in the new Haven. And even if the gameplay turns out to be identical there is no way to tell whether it will 'feel' the same.
If you want to establish why they are one and the same feel free to do so. Currently your argument was just "because the devs said so".
You want to argue with the people who's creation it is?
I'm not argueing with them, right now you're argueing with me.
Are you daft?
I can't tell. You be the judge.
b) How I see things matters in the grand scheme of things as much as a camel taking a shit in the desert.
