Well, the server always lags more just after restarts since there's more data that needs to be loaded then.

Yeah nah, If anything I'm lagging more.
I'm lagging DIFFERENTLY, so it did something, but so far it hasn't done much.
Maybe its just because I'm far away from the server. Where is it hosted again?

The server is located in South Germany - but it's more how your ISP routes

So far it seem to me its generally lagging less. With a occasional, kinda rare in my case, relative long pause.
