I played ATITD when it was in beta (several months worth) and found it to be excessively grindy (picking individual blades of grass? eww)

The community aspect was pretty fun though, I tried it again a while ago using some free trial deal and it didn't look as though much had changed.

I tried it too, but actually jump in without reading too mcu (enough) and though the game was "alright" I quickly jumped ship when I found out the game was not ongoing (that it gets reset/ends/gets won whatever.)..I;m a bit stingy with my time and prefer longterm accomplishments that remain (hence still playing the same Ragnarok character after 8 years..LOL)

Wurm was a massive bitch when it came to ANY crafting work at all, 'cause of the fact you failed 99.9% of the time if you weren't a superuberguy. Masonry takes months out of your life but hey, the feeling of satisfaction after you've finished a msall villages worth of stone walls and houses BY YOURSELF (STAN >:C) is something not to be missed. Unless you can't be bothered starting in the first place.

Fucking mountain trolls.

I played wurm for a bit.

I managed to figure out most of the stuff on my own, and decided I wanted to build a house somewhere.

Long story short: Fucking mallets hate me.
