Well, I personally couldnt retive everything in my house, but thats no big deal, and no the claim wasnt removed. I took what I felt was most important, and I'm going to settle elsewhere.

I wonder if this is the same person who struck our place. We might have lost some leather now that I think of it, either that or my fellow settlers made allot of quivers.
If anyone does find where he was located, and he seems to have our stolen metal, there will be a reward for return.
A little advice, if you want to have a public mine and want to keep it public then put a claim next to it but not over it, that way nobody can claim over it.
It would be a shame to lose some neighbours over this (as your a short walk from me), one of the admins really should remove that claim as its almost an exploit to use it like that in my opinion.
Unless they've improved since last week, admin controls don't seem to be any help for unclaiming land.
I attempted to make an alt called Inaba Lord in the hope that it would be possible to unclaim his land, but no joy. Assuming it was definitely him who made the claim, I guess the system is not just based on name but also on inheritance or account.
Frog, although you are correct that Jorb cannot remove the claim through his admin panel there is little reason to believe that Loftar cannot either, Loftar after all should have the same access but more know how as he is the programmer. It just depends on whether he is willing.
