I don't see why his age should be treated as some sort of disability.
If anything it should be a reason for him to work harder to better himself
And you can tell plenty about a person from their name. About 20% of the time you'll be making false assumptions that you correct after some real interaction with the person, but 80% is still a pretty good rate
