I think I'll have q40+ chickens before the month is out.

Why are you all so cruel to your cows? I'm talking about forcing them to sleep and walk around on paved stones, of course ;)
Haven't tried using baskets or chairs as gates, I use unbuilt fence segments myself; no decay or clicking in the right spot for placement.

It would be cruel to make them wade in knee-deep mud. And pavement is easier to clean :P

Mwahaha... I was bored, so I redid the whole area. Much better now that I know animals telefeed.

Meh, too bad I cannot remake the chicken coops right now.

But they wouldn't have to turn the grass to mud if you didn't neglect your trough-filling duties ;)
Cow cloves aren't made for walking on hard rock all day, but that they can't lie down on something soft is the real atrocity.

Ah well, my only real protest is regarding how ugly it is to see nothing but paved ground - break up the monotony with some green goodness :)

I agree.

If you suddenly get kidnapped (by a romantic partner for a whirlwind weekend wine tasting tour, I hope) having grass underfoot is good back up for being unable to log on and refill those troughs. It's a couple of days insurance.

But I like the whole industrial farming vibe I got going on. I like to pretend that PETA is making heartbreaking documentaries about my farm.

PETA can't make those heart-rending documentaries about my ranch, because their only footage is me rending the animals hearts into delicious meat products.
