Whoever is the bets at a particular skill is usually the one that gets asked if they can do it, I have the highest skill in cooking so people come to me when they want stuff cooked at a better q for more FEP's and such.
That's pretty much how things are in my village. I'm the only one who cooks baked goods really, so I make lots for everyone else, but I don't hunt. So my animal meat usually comes from others.
