Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure?

ok, here an explanation.
"lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit" is a mix of word toke from a text made by Cicerone. The words are toke randomly, so this text don't have any meaning.

"..., qui ratione voluptatem sequi nesciunt, neque porro quisquam est, qui dolorem ipsum, quia dolor sit, amet, consectetur, adipisci velit, sedeius modi tempora incidunt...

This mix of word where used to create a layout of text, before print something.
Now is used for web sites layouts.

I whould say the meaning of the single words but most of them aren't in my dictionary XDD

(Do)lorem ipsum-- {The Pain himself}
sit -- {it is}
*amet[/b]* {---},
consectetur -- {he ran}
adipisci(ig) -- {reach}
velit(maibe vellit?) -- {remove, tear up}

enjoy the fantasy to create a sense XD

The pain himself is "amet", he ran and he reach to tear up souls.

ofcourse! i know what he is saying, he was being mauled by those werewolf we have been hearing about, and in his dieing moments he wrote a coded message his friends could understand and know his fate, il explain:

(Do)lorem ipsum-- {The Pain himself} - this is the guy refering to that werewolf, clearly so in shock by the sight of the beast he can only refer to it as pain itself!
sit -- {it is} - here he starts talking about what happened before the attack, see he tried to teach the werewolf to sit, hoping he could tame it
*amet[/b]* {---}, - this is likely him explaining what happened during the "training" and why the werewolf decided to attack, but the reason is lost to us
consectetur -- {he ran} - in this one and the below one he talks about how he tried to run back to town but couldnt reach the place before the werewolf got to him
adipisci(ig) -- {reach}
velit(maibe vellit?) -- {remove, tear up} - here he talks about how the werewolf is ripping him to pieces while he is writing all of this on a runestone

since a runestone can only hold 100chars max and he had little time left he wrote it in a way his friends would understand.
