Also, come visit Laketown sometime if you think you're such a toughguy and never was able to have your own band of players. Go sit and cry in a corner because you're alone and weak. We stopped caring about trading so what is the deal anyway. This game doesn't want trading to happen.

It's funny to see people trying to ruin other people's well-being because of their own problems.

But lets be serious. I used to live in a town, a couple of towns actually. The same exact shit went down both times. It doesn't matter if you care about trading or not, what matters is you felt it to be your own business when somebody off the Laketown chart made a trade that you didn't like. I guess it doesn't matter now but that's not going to stop me from sticking a sword through your neck. And you think it's funny that I want to do that? It's not funny, it's unfortunate (look I used bold! I'm super serious now). Why would anybody want to murder for anything BUT their own problems anyway? We MAKE things our own problem. That's the point of.. well, everything! I hope you've got a steel collar friend.

Kimya: So when I disagree with your ways I suddenly become JTG? You people are hilarious. Living peacefully together is one thing, being complete assholes is another. And sorry, that wasn't directed at you as a group but more towards wanderer himself. If only you knew the inside stories.

its funny that you, BroInc, feel so offended by the way we (towns) peacefully live together, encouraging trade and developing streets and what not.

JTG talking imprudent crap is no news, im wondering why others copy his behaviour.

Sorry sweetheart, I like to play semantics. Reread my statement.

LakeTown stopped doing business as clayshire died, the northern clearing never came down again and generally only found griefers walking around town. I know what you're saying, but even so it doesn't matter. Look in the real world. Microsoft got a massive fine. That's not because someone wanted to fine them because they wanted to have money.

Also Rift, your ninja edit in first post fails.

And what is this?

This is funny.

Let me get this straight. Someone who wasn't involved in this and only traded for the steel and had not known about it got killed for no reason. I was thinking of starting up my own trade of food products but I am starting to have second thoughts.

The edit seems innocent enough to me. As Rift edited it only seven minutes after posting. Within that period of time, only JTG responded.

Actually, I think the guy who got killed wasn't the guy who traded for the steel. It was Kaka who traded for it, I think.
The grumpiest tree you ever did see.

Rift wrote:Well.. yea, i understand they have a big vengence... i just didn't think it extended to random noobs who happen to live near their targets...

dunno whats innocent about that, but hes kinda trying to get ppl accusing laketown of killing the newb, while 1. apparently laketown didnt kill him and 2. IF, then not the whole town but only some did.
so this is kinda weak.

You're wrong.
But good job ruining any hope of trading steel. Because if you're driving around with steel sooner or later someone will kill you for it.

@hamel:
I didn't know. But it still is a major flaw. One that could cost a life without reason. An innocent life for an innocent life. Is that what they want?

As i said before. It's Rift to blame. He took his shit there.

To clarify. I heard from Blaze that Rift could be found at Kaka's camp.. I was going to leave him be but after I heard that he had stolen 2 chests of steel upon all the reckless question free murders he's been doing whenever he so much as finds a theft scent which may merely be someone viewing things, as he often does, I decided that I could not leave someone who causes so much grief cannot be left to develope a character that strong.

So I sought him out, Today I discovered the camp. Rifled through things moved chests out of the claimed land, dumped all stored scents I found. It's okay though I left plenty of my own. And left a rune stone demanding they turn rift over.

I waited patiently for one of the hearthfires to spawn a player, First player popped up I initiated combat and talked to him. The conversation that I had with the "so called noob" was about rift, It was mostly about what rift had done, I mentioned that I knew rift lived there, no corrections were given. At that time there was no doubt in my mind that rift had plenty to do with that camp, directly, whether or not he had his hearth fire there.

Now as to why I killed the so called noob. When I mentioned that, while I had no proof that rift commited the crimes I was there to kill him for, I did have many people who were upset over the actions and would agree that the events occured.

It was at that time that he said a very stupid thing. "Laketown doesn't have authority here" Sorry pal - When a town is victimized, when a society is victimized, they have authority EVERYWHERE. It's called extradition in the real world. idiot. And I was there to crush someone. I don't appreciate smart mouths. So I punched his teeth into his spine. ^^

Now as for being a noob. Uh.. no. Noobs dont take that much damage before going down. And noobs dont have a dodge rate like that... So yea.

Kaka, This may have been a misinterpretation but I sincerely doubt it. If you are going to protect rift, if ANYONE is going to protect rift, pray for better armor, yesterday.

Laketown is not to blame, I do not represent laketown, I am an independant. I acted on my own accord.

You killed my friend and that was your choice.
I blame you, not Rift.

And btw, all those scents where mine, but that's okay, I've got new ones. ^^
