Hahaha, what? By a thorn? Why were you so low in health in the first place? You got mauled THAT much?

I was walking back to my settlement and got hit by a boar[Hp 20-18](Ninja mother fuckers), and my clogs broke(I didn't know). So I farmed a bit, then got a thorn in my foot[Hp 18-13], got back up walked about 2 tiles and got another, which caused me to die[hp 2/13/100 - 0/0/100].

You know buddy, running out there where the truth is with just 13 HHP for any other purpose than finding leeches is like planting fibres to make yourself hanging loop... but it is a bit faster

As an explorer I've found it useful to always carry two extra pairs of clogs and some gauze when out in the wilderness. Prevents accidents like this.

If I lose my shoes and I don't want to fast travel home I cut down the nearest tree and make clogs. That way I don't have to carry extra shoes.

I really don't understand why combat takes your shoes first, then your pants, when both are important. Seriously, why would the shoes go first?

Shoes are easier to replace. I mean really it'd be pretty annoying to lose your pants from a boar as a new player and have to wait till you get farms and flax and a loom to make replacements.
