but it does remove the annoying part of people clear cutting the damn forest for some easy lp.

you can still do it bu jorb and loftar decided you shouldn't be encouraged and rewarded as much anymore.

+1 to nerfs and other changes that will reduce clearcutting.

Was I the only one who heard this in the voice of the character?

OT: Oh well, it was nice for early game, but there are better (and more exciting) ways of gaining LP.

Guilty guilty, maybe my friend and I (especially my friend) can stop doing this now. It's addicting.

It's great LP, previously netting me about 3000 LP from chopping it down to digging up the stump.

I don't see why clearcutting is a problem, though, at least in my neck of the woods. Since I intend to own the land I take trees from. I know trees are a limited resource, but it's not like this is a very populated game. Even if every low-level person started clear-cutting trees and spamming cutlery, it wouldn't make a huge dent in the overall ecosystem.

This is a game, there is no ecosystem mechanic. Also, clearcuts are already everywhere, and ruin the feeling of being in the wilderness.

Although Íll miss Cutlery being the main way for me to gain LP, it is probably better for the game if people stop spamming cutlery pieces. And now I'm just chopping random trees down for LP!W WOOOHOOO lol jokes. I just build houses, weapons, leather and stuff for LP. If we still had cutlery then I wouldn't be making as much interesting things.
