yea even though there was stuff like pumpkins i think there was an interesting foreign feel to H&H. at least they can replace wild chicken with turkey now

don't think setting matters that much though, just as long as the gameplay is decent/challenging and the ui is actually good this time

Jorb, serious question.

Is your right eye lazy? You blink an awful lot with your left eye only :?

We'll be staying in New York City for a few more days, after which we'll be going to Salem for... historical research. The reasons for the trip are not entirely irrelevant to the present auditorium. Hopefully, we'll finally be able to post more details in a day or so.

oh i see.

i don't see why anyone would think that a different game being made would necessitate the end of this game.

HnH is the essence of the greatest MMO i can imagine
its like wurm...only they did things RIGHT
and it looks like salem will be making things EVEN better.
this might just make me happier then hearing about TES: Skyrim being announced
i really need to find a good signature

additionally 3D offers many design and gameplay advantages over 2D but you have to be very careful with it because people are a lot more forgiving of 2D graphics, they often have a sort of charm to them. while poorly done 3D graphics are an abomination

That was in relation to the comment on the video that "we would all work it all" - not literally but the gist of the statement - the players won't stand for nonsense and will police each other. We can see that isn't happening and he made that statement even with the evidence in this game which perplexed me... it sounds altruistic but where is the proof that it takes place. Even if they sell the game under that premise ppl will catch on the first few times they die and tell others so you can't keep it a secret.
Even when someone comes victimized on the forum the grilling begins
- did you have a claim?
- did you have walls?
- did you join a village?
- did you have on something other than linen gear?
etc.
There are so many excuses to why justice can't be dispensed when all you are really saying is - I'm a big fish and you are a little fish - I started before you and I have higher lvl items and more friends that will help me - get better k little fish and fuck off - don't like the game - leave. Even tho I COULD help you I won't - I would rather choose if you are worthy of helping so ya justice is not evident that I witness.
