I like curios, but I hope that in a future world we could see a mix between the old and new system. So that you can gain curiosities through study, but also discover like it was in the past worlds. I think that when doing a repetitive task such as cutting trees, the LP could decrease after each use and after a 5 or 6 times of doing the task it would reach zero LP - it could reset back to LP gain every 6 hours or so. I'd like to see a balance of the systems, but I like that they're working on a system to prevent bots.

I almost wish you still got some LP for killing stuff. Players (i know u can plunder their mentory but i mean instant LP) and animals. Its not macroable, or at least ive never heard of a bot that could hunt. But im fine with how it is too

With our current stuff, we could make a bot that does.

We just haven't because we don't trust a bot with any character capable of doing such.

- Hey Loftar, there are lots of botters!
- Yea, so we need to change the broken LP system into something less prone to botting! And curiosity system is the best idea suggested so far!
- Yeah! That's i was thinking about! Lets do it!

- Botters: fuck you! no fun! we quit!
- Rest of the players: bye bye :D

Fixed it for you, but cry more please.

- Guys: good job loftar, all botters are gone

DatOneGuy wrote:Now here's the thing about curios, within the curio system there are only a few ways to grind:
1)Trolls - If their skulls are truly so much LP, then 'grinding' trolls is a very important aspect of leveling up and a village that does so and one that doesn't will be on different levels.
2)Rare foragables - Foragables that are rarer like perfect hole, bluebell, prince charming. These will make a difference and actively 'grinding' to find these will make a differnece.

Actually I don't know if it is actually grinding. For example, you can dig a lot for troll (or just ask Trolloskop where he lives) and even if you find one, this time could be used to find other curios, more common that could give you in same time more LP. But lets say there is no troll and you grind for 0 LP.
