Because yeah.... Louisiana is awash in gators, which we wrestle daily. Not sure WHY I would be on television at all much less making my state look bad.

Also, apparently here in Louisiana Marines pee on the corpses of Army veterans.... ???? Nope, everything you said was ignorant, baseless and besides, no one knows you or cares about your opinion. Good job saying "Semper Fi" because you watched Jarhead and caught that bit at the end. Looking forward to your inevitable coming ban. have a nice day now! :)

As much as I dislike that hillbillies attitude I won't ban him for that alone. To each their own and when he is stuck in the past/in the rightwing corner like that then so be it. As long as he doesn't start any racist commentaries here I am ok with that.

That would be the 5 stages of Grief

Yeah, because nobody in the history of the planet has ever gone through a time with no money. Dude, read a bit more history before sticking your foot in your mouth. Shit will suck for a few years, but some of us know how to live without charging everything to a piece of plastic.

I didn't realize the Chinese Yaun was backed by the USD*, unless of course you mean that 3/4 of their economy exists solely to service the US consumer economy. Since that has only been the case for 20 years at best, I'm sure they'll quickly remember their basic agro-industrial economy of the 50s and 60s when they didn't really trade with anyone.

* or rather the value tied to the USD as many other countries have done over the last couple of decades so that currency exchange rates remain flat when trading. (Think I'm recalling my basic economics correctly here)

I'm actually glad you haven't Burgingham. This guy embarrassing himself right now is punishment enough as well as quite entertaining, whether he realizes it or not.

Just a fun fact, Obama already claimed he was just following Bush's withdrawl timeline, that was planned by Gen. Petraeus I believe.

"that the deal to withdraw American troops from Iraq by the end of 2011 was made by the Bush administration in 2008, and that any change in that agreement would need to be acceded to by the government of Iraq."

The 2008 Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) (PDF) signed by the Bush administration and approved by Iraqi Prime Minsiter Nouri al-Maliki’s government says explicitly:
All the United States Forces shall withdraw from all Iraqi territory no later than December 31, 2011.

Obama wants to make sure that if Iraq immediately falls into civil war after this, and is actually worse off by far than it was, it can be blamed on Bush, however if it magically goes ok, he will take full credit for it.

Obama didnt recall the troops, Iraq and bush admin did. It would have taken and act of both govt's to change that timeline, and would have required a legitimate reason.

Also just for the record, I too think Obama is a total D bag, and just another tool for the rich powerbrokers, and media moguls to push us around with and destroy the entire reason our country was founded.
A vote for true conservatism will at least give your children a place to grow up that isnt owned by the chinese, and deteriorated into a banana republic.
