The creator might have abandoned it, but a different group picked up on it and are currently working on converting it to java (or something) So it'll be easier to work with. Not to mention there are boatloads of mods (and if you can read japanese runes, there's even more)

Is there any sandbox out there with bad graphics like Haven and a combat were you can actually defend yourself soon in the game? Sometimes I want to come back to h&h but then I remember how shitty the combat system is

Echelon Books I-III If you liked the original Ultima games, or Spiderweb Softwares Exile games, you will LOVE these.

Hmmm? Is there some other game named Haven, sporting bad graphics? ¦]

It isn't crytek why would anyone expect "next gen" graphics. I like the style. Its perfectly adequate. Jorb isn't the worst artist.

I didn't want to make a new thread for this, so i'm writing this here. The new 4 month league for path of exile is coming out tomorrow. Called invasion for hardcore and ambush for noobcore.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

Playing anno online. Basically anno 1404 with a few modifications and of course it being online... Seems like Blue Byte has succesfully lured me to one of their games again. It looked f2p at first, but then you realise that to get most out of the game you need to start paying irl money for these so-called 'Rubies' ingame, which you can use to instantaneously complete certain processes. That is, if you're a really impatient autistic toddler. If you have played The settlers online I doubt reading this was necessary but w/e.

If you want to check it out, here's the link: http://us.anno-online.com/en
